Despite having sparsely used their MailChimp account, with very little data to go off of, I analyzed their market, the products they sell, and the audience they were targeting.
After this process, I started designing a nurture series of emails to get new and old customers acquainted with their products.
This series of six emails takes the customer from a general email through five different product categories, highlighting quality and improvement of sleep.
The process included analyzing the company and audience; competition analysis; wireframes of effective emails; photo editing; copywriting; email design; and email strategy.
